I am so happy that I discovered this shop through my boyfriend. He had bought me a BEAUTIFUL necklace and bracelet from this shop and I’m so in love with them!! I ended up browsing their online shop to buy a few more pieces of jewelry, and I know I’ll be back soon for more. Jimmy and Rachel are so friendly and we’re more than happy to help with my questions/needs. I truly appreciate that, so mahalo again. I miss home (Hawaii) and I haven’t been able to make it back lately so it’s great that I can find beautiful Hawaiian jewelry pieces so conveniently online through their shop. Recently purchased a S925 (Sterling Silver) Figaro men’s bracelet. The price was reasonable and fair. I take into account for the overhead and the fact that they’re in Waikiki by the beach. The shopkeepers were great and found a good size for my wrist. They didn’t have any in White Gold but they said that they would soon have some probably by the time I come back to Hawaii. Would purchase from this shop again.

Love this store bought pearls and pearl necklace, and a jade bracelet… I will always remember how special she made me feel. I love these forever pieces and the joy it brings me when I wear them. It’s true … the energy I received from her interaction left me with forever positive energy and I feel it when I wear them.

No denying the stuff they carry is beautiful. Got an education on pearls that wasn't delivered like we were idiots - so informative and thoughtfully delivered. You'd be surprised how much there is to know about pearls (grades, production, etc). Wife bought a Maui hook charm that is beautiful and will remind her of our time on Maui (the better island to stay on). Came with a chain and was just over $230 w/ tax. Picked up a sale priced gold hibiscus flower pendant and gold chain (both plated) for about $80 with tax. Beautiful keepsakes. Nice people, we ventured into two of their stores while in Honolulu.

maggie is one of the best people we’ve ever met, and we only know her as our jeweler! she makes your experience so personal and treats you like family. we came in for wedding rings and she works so hard to make sure you love what you’re getting. i loved a blue diamond but i didn’t love the band it was on and she changed my band for FREE. she even surprised us with cookies when we came in to pick up! she is one of a kind with a huge heart and isn’t a money hungry jeweler. it’s obvious she loves what she does and loves her customers. we’re so glad we got our wedding rings here, so memorable. 🩵

I want to start out by saying the jewelers that work here were fantastic! My wife and I were looking for a specific wedding band for myself. White gold with Hona's (turtles) all the way around the band. No one had such a ring anywhere. They told me that they could make me one with in a few days and offered to engrave our names and anniversary on the inside and even ship it to Arizona since we were leaving the next day. TRUE to his word he made the ring. Text me pictures of it for my approval. And I also purchased a beautiful black men's bracelet with abalone and Koa wood inserts. My nephew purchased the same one but in silver. After all was approved we received the purchased items within 3 days via FedEx. I will definitely purchase any future jewelry through them. Either on my next visit or online. So if your ever in Waikiki definitely stop by and look around. Don't be afraid to ask the prices. Everything is so beautiful and very reasonable priced. Cheaper than some of the vendors with there stands. And alot better quality.

We went on a trip Hawaii, the destination was Honolulu. On one of the days of our trip my granddaughter and I took a walk down Kalakaua Avenue browsing in all the shops and we came along to the Nakoa jewelry Store. Of course, we had to go in and we are really glad we did. This jewelry shop was the greatest place to shop. The people were extremely nice, especially Maggie. Maggie was there to help us, explaining all kinds of things when we had questions and was very patient with us. We ended up at the koa wood jewelry counter, which was the main reason we went in. I had seen the advertisement on the outside of the shop and I was very curious. I am so glad that we had the opportunity to experience what lovely pieces they had. Of course, we did not walk out of that shop empty handed and had to go back because we forgot to purchase for someone... you see, we were getting gifts for our family back in Colorado. Since then, I have also ordered on their online store. If you ever get to Honolulu, I highly recommend that you pop into their shop. You will not be disappointed.

Loved the wonderful customer service and friendly staff first of all! We purchased a wooden watch and returned for a fishhook necklace. Other family members came and made purchases too. They even took the links out of the watch to fit my husband more securely. Would return in the future to purchase beautiful Larimar jewelry or other.

Highly trustworthy store that keep good on their promises. I purchased a lovely tantalum wedding ring for my husband from this store for our elopement. We were a bit hesitant on sizing as his finger a bit tricky to size. They advised if we return home after our honeymoon and find it is the wrong size they would exchange provided the ring was undamaged. Well returning to Australia we did find the ring too big. Nakoa held true to their word and we could send back the ring and they sent back the size requested. Being outside US we did need to pay shipping costs both ways which is understandable. Also I found the jewelry in their store high quality and more competitively priced than other jewellery stores in Waikiki. I bought a lovely silver bangle too. The sales lady is very good and knows the products well. When we return to Hawaii to celebrate future anniversaries ww will definitely return to Nakoa.

My husband and I have purchased some jewelry here when ever we have been in Waikiki for vacation. Maggie has given us wonderful knowledgeable and friendly service for quality jewelry. My husband loves his unique black jade and gold hook as do I with my gold plumaria pendant. We have shopped there a few times and love Maggie’s service.
